I was a bit worried about this one but it is really tasty.
You need:
1 cup of blueberries (a standard small punnet will do)
1 cup of tightly packed fresh spinach leaves
1/2 can full fat coconut milk
1 tbs nutritional yeast (optional – find in your local health food shop)
Wizz everything in a blender; it will go a greeny, purply colour. Enjoy.
