The Recipe that Keeps on Giving!

This is one simple recipe that gives you an almost infinite number of different meals.   It only takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.  Because it is so quick, who wouldn’t want to at least know what it is?

It is like you found a lamp, rubbed it and your first wish was for lots more wishes.

This recipe answers all your wishes.  Why?  Because it is so straightforward and can be used anytime you are a bit stuck for ideas.

Ok Andrea – stop teasing us – what is it?

Simple.  This is what you need:

  • One source of protein
  • 3, 4 or 5 different kinds of veg.  Make them a mixture of colours if you can
  • One source of fat.
  • seasoning and or herbs
  • One large pan

Chop the veg.  Add everything to the pan in a sensible order to get it all cooked together and ready to eat.

Plate up and eat.

This last picture shows an absolutely amazing concoction of vegetables and prawns cooked up using the recipe.
